ZSL Whipsnade Zoo has an amazing overnight small group safari experience which allows families to enjoy the zoo at a time when it is normally closed to the public. Kids will fall asleep surrounded by white rhinos, reindeer, and wolves in a warm and cosy lodge pod.

This hosted experience includes a glass of bubbly on arrival, an early evening safari tour, an evening bbq opposite the tiger enclosure, a torch lit tour back to lodge, a full English breakfast, a morning tour before the park opens and a full day to enjoy the park.

Lookout Lodge is open late March to October 25 on Wednesday through to Sunday evenings. Family nights as well as adult only nights are available. The experience is suitable for children from 5 years up. The lodges accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Price is from £139 per person based on 2 full paying guests (2 adults or 1 adult & 1 child) plus £35 per additional child.

Available dates over the Easter period include Saturday 12 April, Sunday 13 April. Sat 19 April, Sunday 20 April and Monday 21 April.
